You are registered for a CTI and it starts soon

An email will have been sent a few days prior to the start of your CTI detailing instructions on how to access the CTI materials like the schedule and Zoom Link. If you have not received this email, please search your Spam folder for an email from info@nurturedheartinstitute.com

 

You can't find the email:

  • Sometimes accounts payable people accidentally register themselves. If you think this has happened, please email info@nurturedheartinstitute.com with your Purchase Order number, who your AP person is, and we will help get the registration sorted out. 

  • Login to your Thinkific account and click on My Dashboard in the upper right corner. If you successfully registered earlier, select the course tile of the Month and Year of the CTI you are attending. Inside that course tile you will find the materials and Zoom link.

 

You can't login: 

  • Try the built-in reset password feature of Thinkific.

  • Try another email that you may have registered for the training with. 

  • Email info@nurturedheartinstitute.com and let us know you cannot login (see above, your AP person may have inadvertently registered themselves, so please confirm if they created a Thinkific account and let us know those details so we can untangle the login situation). 

 

You successfully login and can't find a course tile for the Month and Year of the CTI you registered for:

 

IF THIS IS THE SATURDAY BEFORE THE START OF A CTI

  • We will respond to your email on Sunday morning! Please do try the above steps first. 

  • Please only email info@nurturedheartinstitue.com for CTI related matters. To avoid confusion at this late hour, please refrain from posting to our social media and emailing others at NHI. This will not speed up the response time. Saturday inquiries will be answered on Sunday so you will be taken care of before CTI begins!

You just finished a CTI

An email will have been sent a few days after the end of your CTI detailing instructions on how to access the CTI materials like the Trainer Resources Portal. If you have not received this email, please search your Spam folder for an email from info@nurturedheartinstitute.com

 

You can't find the email:

  • Certificate

-You need to be signed into your Thinkific account: Sign In.

-Once logged in, Go to “My Dashboard” and click on the course tile labeled: Nurtured Heart Approach Certification Training Intensive Certified Trainer: MONTH YEAR (of the CTI you attended).

-Follow the brief instructions and a certificate will be generated for you.

  • Trainer Resources Portal

-All of your training materials (VTMs, PowerPoints, and videos) are also in Thinkific. A course tile labeled Trainer Resources Portal is now visible under “My Dashboard” once you are logged in. 

-Access to this content will end based on the expiration of your CTI certification period. This is not new but is now automated. You will keep uninterrupted access if you are registered for re-certification (CT or AT) within six months of the expiration of your current certification. 

 

  • Notes: 

-If you see a price for the Trainer Resources Portal, you are not logged in.

-New VTM's have been released, if you have any of the old VTM's, please delete the old VTM's per fidelity.
