“Developing Resiliency with Engaging Approaches to Maximize Success (DREAMS) Program was created in response to the overwhelming need for youth support programming to empower students in New Jersey to better manage the anxiety, stress, and fear that ensued as a result of the pandemic.
The DREAMS initiative focuses on providing trauma-informed and healing centered supports that assist staff and students in building positive relationships and emotional self-regulation.”

Nurtured Heart Approach & ADHD Study
NHA Foundations Course
NHA Foundations Course is a 6-week online course designed to train parents on the principles and practices of NHA.
Ages 6-8
Participants had a child ages 6-8 diagnosed with ADHD or suspected ADHD.
104 Participants
104 participants from across the country enrolled and were randomly assigned to Group 1 or Group 2
Groups 1 & 2
Group 1 started the NHA Foundations Course in February and Group 2 started in March
All Participants
All participants were invited to complete three surveys over the course of the study period.
