What it is: The meeting provides a more informal environment to exchange ideas and explore the energy of the moment while honoring the collaborative nature of NHA. This is a little different than our Notching In sessions because it will be hosted by members of the NHI Team only.

Followed by an open forum for trainers to ask NHA-related questions or share epiphanies.

What it is: Hosted by different Advanced Trainers these free sessions are group discussions about specific aspects of the Nurtured Heart Approach. The hour will consist of:

RECOGNITION WEDNESDAYS
When: Every Wednesday evening
How to join: Join our Facebook Page and look for the weekly post with the time and Zoom link.
What it is: We practice giving and receiving recognitions and connecting with each other. Everyone is welcome. No experience or pre-requisites required. Simply come and join us with your open mind and heart and desire to connect and share. Zoom link is posted in the comments of the weekly post.
