When: Every first Tuesday of each month at 2 PM Eastern.

These meetings are for currently certified trainers only. Please do not share this link.
What it is: The meeting provides a more informal environment to exchange ideas and explore the energy of the moment while honoring the collaborative nature of NHA. We established this meeting to be a sharing of experiences and provide a forum that fosters deep connection with trainers just like you.
Format:

An NHA related question or series of questions will be asked.

This is followed by a large group discussion or small breakout groups depending on the number of attendees.

We will close with an Inner Wealth breathing as time allows.

So you and others receive the most value from this experience, here are our gentle suggestions and best practices for all attendees to support this interactive session:

Be present from beginning to end if possible.

If you are comfortable having your camera on, please do so.

Be able to speak without too much background noise if possible, utilize headphones/earbuds.

Silence notifications and eliminate distractions.

We understand that sometimes you are not able to attend in all these ways, and we value your presence in anyway you are able.​

What it is: Hosted by different Advanced Trainers these free sessions are group discussions about specific aspects of the Nurtured Heart Approach. The hour will consist of:

When: Every Wednesday evening
How to join: Join our Facebook Page and look for the weekly post with the time and Zoom link.
What it is: We practice giving and receiving recognitions and connecting with each other. Everyone is welcome. No experience or pre-requisites required. Simply come and join us with your open mind and heart and desire to connect and share. Zoom link is posted in the comments of the weekly post. Please share and invite anyone you think would benefit or enjoy the practice. These are not recorded, so be sure to join when we go live. Hope to see you there!​
